From time to time as my schedule allows I do enjoy working on new and creative projects.
February and March are now looking pretty hectic but I will have some time in the summer.
I would really like to find a situation where I could adopt a small college, hospital or corporate business headquarters and roll out a New Taste menu into an existing cafeteria.
Serving healthy food on a daily basis to a captive audience would be beneficial to the institution as well as those eating the food.
