Once in a great while, just out of curiosity, I check the IP address of random people who visit this site.
I actually do get thousands of hits each month and only get to see a few of the visitors because most IP addresses simply identify you by the city and state. The only time I actually know who is looking at the site is if someone registers their name or company name onto their IP address.
