The New Taste Journal is a collection of well over 600 healthy and delicious recipes that were created using a wide variety of simple, natural whole food ingredients.
The journal is more about a healthy daily diet than it is about "being on a diet". There is clearly no starvation or deprivation to be found on these pages.
This website was originally developed for my family and friends as a tool to show them some new ideas and recipes. This journal is basically just a notebook of food I created over a five year period starting around 2007. I personally use the journal almost everyday when trying to decide on what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is also utilized as a resource for the healthy cooking classes I teach.
The wonderful thing about the recipes on these pages is that they are designed to be healthy yet every bit as tasty as anything you have ever eaten. After thirty years of working as a chef I have developed the understanding needed to create such dishes.
